Tobacco Free Campus Policy

Ozarka College is a tobacco-free institution, including buildings, grounds and parking lots.

The Ozarka College Board of Trustees approved a Tobacco Free campus policy on May 15, 2008 effective July 1, 2008. No tobacco products of any type may be used, carried or distributed in any buildings, parking areas, grounds, facilities, vehicles or streets.

Students that do not follow the policy will be considered in violation of the Student Code of Conduct and subject to disciplinary consequences.
