Mountain View native and Ozarka College Technical Center graduate, Hollister Finley, is taking the next step in his professional journey with a new role at Foster Heating and Cooling, a local HVAC company. His hiring marks not only a personal milestone, but also a testament to the strength of Ozarka's technical education programs in preparing students for high -demand careers.

Finley completed his training at the Mountain View Technical Center, where he developed hands-on skills in HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair. His dedication in the classroom and lab, paired with the guidance of instructors who prioritize career readiness, positioned him as a strong candidate for immediate employment upon graduation.
