Equipment Donation from Intimidator Group Received

Ozarka College recently received an equipment donation from Intimidator Group in Batesville. Intimidator donated 50 welding helmets to the Ozarka welding program on Wednesday, a gift valued at $5,000. Intimidator's generous donation will be used to support Ozarka's welding centers in Izard, Sharp and Stone counties.  

"We are proud to partner with our friends at Intimidator in support of Ozarka's welding program, " said Dr. Josh Wilson, vice president of advancement. "This generosity will directly impact our welding students across our service area. We appreciate their continued support."

Intimidator Group's family of brands includes Spartan Mowers ®, Intimidator UTV ®, eNVy Neighborhood Vehicle ®, Bad Dawg Accessories and Ground Hog Max ATV/UTV Disc Plow. The heavy-duty zero turn mowers and utility vehicles are hand-forged from premium steel, assembled with US and global parts, and shipped across the nation and around the world.

"As a company with deep roots in Batesville, one of our top priorities is supporting the economic development of our area through education and training, " said Mike Groeneveld, Director of Operations, Intimidator Group. "Investments in technical programs like those at Ozarka ensure graduates are prepared to enter the local workforce and build successful careers close to home."
