Practical Nursing graduates at Ozarka College were honored Tuesday, May 7, at a Capping and Pinning Ceremony on the Melbourne campus.

LPN students recognized at the event were as follows:

Melbourne campus -  Kaylee Beasley, Chloe Blevins, Stormy Casey, Laney Chastain, Dalton Condrey, Kerry Dean, Madisyn Hughes, Kristin Rice, Amber Scott, Nicole Sherrill, and Christopher Strickland.

Ash Flat campus  -  Tayhlor Adams, Kylie Baxter, Rhonda Benton, Baylie Clark, Shelby Dodds, Shira Geisenberger, Keesha Giovingo, Andrea Jackson, Tonya Johnson, Jessica Larson, Taylor Rainwater, Jessica Semon, Haley Smith, and Ashley Wright.

Mountain View campus -  Flora Balane, Havyn Broussard, Annica Brown, Karen Condrey, Bart Crymes, Andria Davis, Kasey Hull, Ashlyn Lewis, Tara Moody, Teraney Patrick, and Kaitlyn Renfrow.

Dr. Richard Dawe, Ozarka College President, welcomed guests attending the ceremony. Dr. Josh Wilson, Ozarka College Vice President of Advancement, offered the invocation.

This semester's Florence Nightingale Award recipients are  Christopher (Gabriel) Strickland of Melbourne,  Jessica Larson of Ash Flat and  Kasey Hull of Mountain View. This award is given to a student in each program who exemplifies the true meaning of nursing including hard work and a true dedication to the profession.
