Description

This 30-minute class will include high intensity intervals of cardio and strength training with minimum rest. HIIT training will help participants burn a large amount of calories during a short period of time. The class will have modifications and progressions for beginning and advanced participants. Participants will be given proper alignment cues for each exercise.
