The application period for the Fall LPN Programs at Ash Flat, Melbourne, and Mountain View, has been re-opened through July 5, 2022.

To be eligible for application, students must prove successful completion of or enrollment in pre- requisite courses. The pre-requisite courses of English Composition I, Math for Health Professions, Nutrition, and Body Structure and Function (or Anatomy & Physiology I and II) are offered online at Ozarka College during the summer terms.

To apply, go to the Ozarka College website at www.ozarka.edu and click on "Apply for Admission ". Select Technical Certificate - Licensed Practical Nursing as your intended college major.
