Arkansas Airport Operators Association has announced the recipient of their $1,000 AAOA Scholarship. The scholarship has been awarded to Simeon Sapp of Cherokee Village, Arkansas.   Sapp has attended Ozarka College since May of 2016 and will graduate in May of 2019.   Simeon is on track to earn his A.A.S. Commercial Pilot degree.   Once he graduates, Simeon plans to become a flight instructor, which will help him gain flight experience needed to be a missionary pilot.
