Coburn Cox of Calico Rock, Arkansas has been named recipient of the David and Phyllis Wilson Honorary Scholarship at Ozarka College. Cox, a Business Technology major, will receive $250 to be applied to the fall 2017 semester and another $250 for spring 2018.
