Culinary Continuing Education Courses Coming to Ozarka College

Ozarka College will be hosting two culinary continuing education courses in November. Both classes will take place in the John E. Miller Education Complex in Melbourne. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.

The first class will be Holiday Makeover 2014. You asked for it and it's back; the ultimate holiday dinner makeover. Chef Lou Rice will turn the tables on some traditional holiday meal offerings, turning them into new family favorites. You may never look at brussel sprouts the same way again! Class will take place on November 6, 2014 from 5:30 - 8:30 PM. Cost is $25 per person ($20 for 60 and over), all supplied provided.

The second class will be The Pie is the Limit. Chef Liz Pelc - Cagle will demonstrate  several holiday favorite pies with secrets on crust, and that something extra to make your holiday baked goods pop. As a bonus, each guest will take home one of our house made sweet potato pies! Class will take place on November 13, 2014 from 5:30 - 8:00 PM. Cost is $25 per person ($20 for 60 and over), all supplies provided.
